New retail and communication concept for Hairshop. The prototype in Sandvika (as shown below) was a huge success. The concept is now being rolled out in all salons in Norway.
Traditionally, HairShop was seen as a low-cost salon chain within the RaiseGroup portfolio, focusing on an extensive collection of branded products combined with affordable hair treatments.Together with Raise, we decided to completely redefine the brand delivery, service offering and customer experience of a low cost salon. Making it less utilitarian and a great deal more enjoyable. The results have been spectacular.
Treatment zones that invite customers to a whole new level of comfort. Clearly understandable transparent pricing, combined with displays that attract and provoke. Hairdressers love it, shopping centres love it and the customers… really love it. And why not, they get a great deal more.
